Engage the pro-active involvement and collective participation of the Filipino people in identifying, planning, budgeting and implementing community-based peace, development and livelihood programs projects.
Open-access to the complete Menu of existing projects and programs of all government line agencies and the corresponding user-friendly information on the four Ws (Who, What, Where and When) and one H (How) these could be accessed shall be provided without cost to the end-users (Barangays and Civil Society Organizations) through the websites of National Government Agencies (NGAs) or USB flash drives provided by municipal/city Local Government Units to its constituent Sangguniang Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan as a planning tool for the preparation of Municipal/City Development Plans.
Information on these services shall be consolidated and uploaded in websites of all National Government Agencies (NGAs) for ready and easy access of LGUs and Barangays and other interested parties
Given basic workable information/knowledge on existing government programs and projects, LGUs and Barangays shall be enabled and empowered to substantially comply with and give flesh to the Bottom-Up identification, planning, budgeting and implementation of peace and development projects in accordance with the Barangay Development and Investment Planning (BDIP); Comprehensive Development Planning (CDP); of the DILG as well as the Philippine Development Plan 2023-2028 and AmBisyon 2040 of NEDA.
MENU AND HYPERLINKS OF AVAILABLE GOVERNMENT SERVICES AS REFERENCES FOR BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT AND INVESTMENT PLANNING & MUNICIPAL COMPREHENSIVE DEVELOPMENT PLANNING
The Menu of Available Government Services were from inputs of Career Service Officers (CESOs, CESEs and CSEEs) during Conferences and Summits organized by the Career Executive Service Board (CESB) pursuant to the CESB’s concept of GOVERGENCE (convergent governance).
The hyperlinks of these services shall be consolidated and uploaded in websites of all National Government Agencies (NGAs) for ready and easy access of LGUs and Barangays and other interested parties
